OUR SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
Our standard production time for embroidery is 3-5 days. Once your order has been completed you will receive an email advising that we have dispatch your order.
We endeavor to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your order. If you are not pleased contact info@personalia.shop and we will be able to help you. Due to the bespoke nature of our production, we can only accept returns where there has been manufacturing fault, either with the garment or embroidery.
